What is Go Electrical on-line?
Go Electrical on-line enables you to connect to your local Go Electrical store on the internet. You will be able to view products and once registered; view your pricing, buy products and access account details.
What do the different “My Account” options mean?
Account Information
This option allows you to change your log-in details, including your password.
Address Book
Your delivery addresses can be found in the Address Book option. New delivery addresses can also be added.
Orders
This option gives you an up to date status of all your orders.
Quotes
All quotes supplied by your MM store can be viewed and accepted in this option.
Backorders
This option gives you an up to date status of all your backordered items.
Pay My Account
You can pay your account balance or individual invoices using a Credit Card online.
Invoices
Search for, view, download or print invoices for the last 7 years.
Statements
View, download or print available statements for your account. Your current aged balance summary can also be viewed.
Deliveries
Driver manifests including con note numbers and full dispatch details can be viewed.
Requisitions
Orders over a buyer's spend limit cannot be automatically placed on the MMEM store, instead the order is turned into a requisition. From this option, requisitions can be viewed and accepted by an authorised buyer.
Product Lists
Favourites lists can be created, edited, deleted and ordered from this option.
Request a Quote
If you cannot see the product you are after on the e-catalogue, you can request a quote from your local MMEM store.
Request a Pricelist
Pricelist downloads are available in various formats.
Do I need to log-in to use Go Electrical on-line?
You do not need to log-in to use the catalogue, however, logging in gives you access to more functions. It enables you to:
- View pricing
- Request quotes
- Place orders
- Download Pricelists
- View the status of your accounts
- Create favourites lists
- View and accept quotes
- Add product tags
How can I search for an item?
The search bar available at the top of the page in Desktop view, or via the “Search” button on the menu in Mobile view. You can search by typing product keywords, Go Electrical part number, Manufacturer part number, your part number.
Can I locate an item using my part number?
Yes, if Go Electrical have been provided with your part numbers then they will be available for you to search with.
How do I refine my search results?
On your results page, there are a number of attributes (groupings) listed on the left-side navigation pane. These attributes enable you to refine your selection according to the selected criteria.
Can I request a Quote for a item not found on Go Electrical on-line?
Yes, Request for Quotes can be made from the My Accounts page - Request for Quote. Enter any relevant details.
How do I view a Quote?
Go to the My Account page - My Quotes. The quotes are listed in order of newest to oldest. Clicking on the View option will allow you to view the items. Clicking the Order option will allow you to order the items.
My quote is expired, but I want to place an order for it.
Go to the My Account page - My Quotes. Find the expired quote you wish to accept. A “requote” option will be available. Click the requote option to send a quote request to the Go Electrical local store. The newly priced quote will appear in the My Quotes page once the Go Electrical store has actioned your request.
Can I export products from a Quote and import to a List?
Yes, Quotes can be exported from the My Accounts page - My Quotes - Quote details and import directly in Lists.
Can I export products from a List and import to a List?
Yes, List can be exported from the My Accounts page - List- List details and import directly in Lists.
Can I import products to a List?
Yes, products can be imported to List using this import template.
How do I know the Go Electrical store has received my order?
Go to the My Account page - My Orders. When you place an order on-line, you will receive an emailed copy of the order. The order will also be displayed in the My Orders page. You will be able to follow the status of your order from this page.
When will I get my order?
The status of all orders is available on the My Account page - My Orders. The expected delivery date for all products is listed.
Pay my Account
Why methods of payment can I use to pay my account?
At this stage we can only accept Credit Card payments using Visa Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards and American Express.
Why can’t I do a bank transfer?
We are working on enabling other methods of online payment including bank transfer. We will update customers when this functionality is available. You are however able to still make payment using our Telephone & Internet payments (BPAY, cheque, savings, debit, transaction account)
What credit card fees will be charged when I pay my account?
Credit Card fees will be charged as follows for all transactions:

Where can I see all of my outstanding invoices?
When you log in and click on pay my account, if you scroll towards the bottom of the page you will see the Outstanding Invoices section. Here you can search for and select several outstanding invoices that are still to be paid in full.
How is my partially paid invoice calculated?
The reduced remaining invoice amount will be calculated and show in the outstanding invoices section, in the Outstanding Balance column.
Is there a limit on the amount I can pay in one transaction?
We do not have a limit on the amount that you can pay in a single transaction. However, some financial institutions may limit the amount you can pay from a particular card, to a specific business or on a single day. Please contact your bank or credit provider to find out more.
What happens when I send a Request for Quote to the Go Electrical store?
When you create a request for quote and press Submit, both you and the Go Electrical store will receive an emailed copy of the RFQ. When the Go Electrical store has prepared the quote, it will be visible on the website on the My Account page – My Quote.
I've forgotten my password and can't log-in. What do I do?
Click the “Forgot Your Password” option that appears next to your user name and password when you have failed to log-in successfully. You will be asked to enter your email address. An email will be sent to that email address with a reset password option. Choose your new password by typing it in twice. You will then be able to log-in using your new password.
